Inequality among genders: fewer wages given to women

In this issue, I think that it is really discriminating in the part of the women to get lesser wages compared to men despite of the job similarity and job tasks. According to studies women work doubled as men but still less given importance on the job of the women. Despite of the work done of the women people still give less opportunity and pay in the women’s part.
I think that the government should be equal when it comes to attending the wages of both genders. Or even the companies should not be visible only to the men but also they should expand their territory and give chance to women. In addition, the government and companies should give equal opportunity to women and men especially in giving tasks, responsibilities and wages.
It is not only men that are the breadwinners of the family and that the modern family now consists of having the women as the breadwinner of the pact. This should be the reason why there should be a change in the perspective towards women and new movements should be implemented to support the rights of every women to have equal wages and oppurtunities.
